Can we connect the Ksaar HRIS to our payroll software?+
Yes. We export validated data (leave, absences, expenses) to your payroll software (Silae, Payfit, ADP…) or your accounting firm, avoiding any re-entry.
Can we manage annual appraisals in Ksaar?+
Yes. We can build an annual appraisal module with forms, goal history, performance ratings and individual development plans.
Can we manage employees across multiple sites?+
Yes. Ksaar supports multi-site structures with specific rules and permissions per site or legal entity.
Is training for the tool billable through our OPCO?+
The application development itself is not directly OPCO-eligible. However, the associated Ksaar training may be eligible under continuing professional development.
