Does Ksaar work for both batch and unit production?+
Yes. Ksaar adapts to batch production (fixed routes and BOMs) as well as unit or made-to-order manufacturing (configurable case by case).
Can we manage non-conformities in the tool?+
Yes. We integrate a non-conformity declaration module directly into the production flow. NCRs are tracked, assigned and resolved in the same tool.
Is the tool usable on a workshop tablet?+
Yes. Ksaar runs on Android and iOS tablets. The interface can be simplified for field use: quick entry, barcode scanning, photo capture.
Can we connect machines or IoT sensors?+
Via REST API, we can receive data from machines, SCADA systems or IoT sensors and integrate it into Ksaar dashboards.
